What is the turn around time on orders?

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We strive to get orders completed in a timely manner while still ensuring quality. Please keep in mind that we are a mama owned shop operated primarily by one person. All items are designed, cut and hand painted and not mass produced. We state our turnaround time as 14 BUSINESS DAYS, which is subject to change during holiday rush. Most orders are completed much quicker, and anything that will take longer will be communicated through the email you used to order.

 

Due to the custom nature of my products I do NOT accept returns for any reason. If there is an issue with your product, please let me know within 3 days of receiving it. I am always more than willing to work out replacements and such on a case by case basis. 

 

Please check spelling, grammar, etc. after the order has been started, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given for that reason.

How do I get my order?

We offer two options for receiving your order
1) Shipping. We ship first class mail with tracking (Priority mail for larger orders) You will receive a tracking number in your email after your order ships.2) Porch Pick Up- For local customers, we offer porch pickup at your convenience. The address is located when you select pickup or shipping and will be sent via email after you complete your order.
